Co-founded Ferraro Choi And Associates,
Ltd. with Joseph Ferraro in February 1988.
Worked in several leading Honolulu design firms including Zephyr
Architectural Partnership and Norman Lacayo from 1976-1982. Designer
and Project Manager with the CJS Group Architects, Ltd 1982 -1987.
Developed first Computer Aided Design System for CJS with AutoCAD
Version 2, 1984. Chief Operations Officer with CJS, 1987 - 1988.
Design and project management experience in a wide range of architecture,
interior architecture, and renovation projects. Other professional
experience includes design feasibility studies, financial proforma
for real estate developments, energy studies, and specialty adaptive
reuse studies. Currently serves as senior advisor for business
development, personnel management, marketing, computer integrations/applications,
web development, project and business financial management.
