OAHU VETERANS CENTER
Honolulu, Hawaii

The 10,000 square foot Oahu Veterans Center is a complex of three buildings situated around a central courtyard.   Located in Foster Village at the site of the former Foster Village Recreation Center, the new Veterans Center promotes fraternity between and provides services to roughly 90,000 veterans in 70 veterans groups on Oahu.  The Center also provides services for Foster Village residents including meeting facilities and maintenance of the playground and park.  The $3M project includes a meeting hall, dining room and kitchen, a satellite police office, a Foster Village Community Association office, Veterans administrative offices and board room, and a memorabilia display area.
