Offices for Bays Lung Rose & Holma Honolulu, Hawaii
Located in the Ali'i Place Building in Honolulu's Central Business District, the Law Offices of Bays Lung Rose & Holma (formerly Bays Deaver Hiatt Kawachika Lezak) occupy 19,000 square feet overlooking historic Iolani Palace and Diamond Head. The general design concept was to create an urban space that was upscale and sophisticated, yet relaxed enough for the Hawaii market. The project received a 1996 Honolulu AIA Award of Merit for design.
